Digital Product Refund Standard

Create A Man products are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.

When To Contact Support

Email contact@createaman.com if you experience:

  • Duplicate purchase.
  • Wrong product purchased by mistake.
  • Download/access failure.
  • Corrupted or missing file.
  • Order confirmation problem.

Review Window

For order or access problems, contact support within 14 days of purchase when possible. Include the order email address, product name, and purchase date. Do not send payment card numbers.

Free Product

The Create A Man MANifesto is free. If the free checkout/download flow fails, contact support and ask for MANifesto access help.
